Eating Disorder & Trauma Therapy in California

Modern therapy.
Deeply human care.

Specialized therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns—for teens, adults, and families. In-person in Pasadena and Encino, with online therapy throughout California.

Our Philosophy

Care that looks beyond
the diagnosis

Treatment here is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in an understanding of the whole person — not only the symptoms that brought you to therapy. Food and body concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, and relationship patterns often develop as ways of coping, protecting, or surviving.

Therapy is a space to slow down, understand what is happening underneath, and build a more connected relationship with yourself, your body, your emotions, and the people around you.
