When more than one thing is going on

Eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, and body image concerns rarely exist in isolation. They can overlap, reinforce one another, and change over time. You do not need to know which category fits before reaching out. These are some of the areas we work with most often.

01

Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

We work with teens and adults navigating diagnosed eating disorders, disordered eating, and patterns around food, body, or exercise that feel rigid or distressing. Care is individualized, paced thoughtfully, and coordinated with dietitians and medical providers when appropriate.

02

Trauma & PTSD

We support people navigating PTSD, attachment trauma, complex trauma, single-incident trauma, and relational wounds. Treatment centers safety, pacing, and choice, with approaches such as AF-EMDR used when they fit your needs.

03

Anxiety, OCD & Perfectionism

Therapy can address intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, rigidity, people-pleasing, harsh self-criticism, and high-achieving perfectionism while exploring what these patterns may be protecting.

Not sure where you fit?

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear category before reaching out. An initial consultation can help clarify what you are experiencing, whether CAED may be a good fit, and what kind of support makes sense next.
